Parlor Performance - Rotary Parlor

The following Performance indicators are displayed on the dashboard.

Parameter	Description
Rotary Parlor Operation Efficiency
Milking Efficiency	Represents the overall efficiency of the milking. This value helps to track changes of the operation efficiency over different sessions.
Wasted Time	Displays the total time the parlor was not c rotating (stopped or reversed) during the session.
Cow Prep. Sequence
Average Time to Attach	Displays the average time to prepare a cow for milking; reflects the quality of cow preparation.

Top Table - each row displays information for one session

Parameter	Description
Date	Date for data. By default, data is displayed for the last 24 hours, but it may be extracted also for longer periods.
Session	Milking session 1= morning Milking session 2 = noon Milking session 3 = evening/night
Milked Cows	Displays the number of cows milked during the session.
Cows/Hour	Displays the average number of cows milked per hour for the session.
Deviation Cows/Hour	Displays last session deviation from the average number of cows milked per hour for that session.
Deviation Milk/Hour	Displays the last session deviation from the average milking rate (liters per hour).
Number of rotations	Number of times the parlor rotated during the session.
Average rotation time	Average duration of the rotation.
Stall rotation speed	Displays the time it took one stall to move to the next stall position.
Actual session time	Displays duration of the entire session.
Average removal point	Displays the average position along the perimeter, when the milking stopped.
Wasted time	Displays the amount of time the parlor stopped rotating or rotated in reversed.
Milking efficiency	Displays the value given to the overall efficiency of the milking process.

Bottom Table - each row displays information for one rotation of the selected session.

Parameter	Description
Rotation number	Displays the number of the parlor rotation in which the data was collected.
Milked cows	Displays the number of cows milked during the rotation.
Cows ID	Displays the number of cows that were identified by their tag.
Rotation time	Duration of the rotation.
Time wasted	Displays the amount of time the parlor stopped rotating or rotated in reversed during the rotation.
Point last removal	Point where the cow stopped milking. Note: The ideal is for most cows to finish at 75% of the full parlor rotation.
Stop time	The amount of time the parlor stopped rotating.
Reverse time	The amount of time the parlor rotated in reverse.
Rotation efficiency %	Displays a value given to the overall efficiency of the rotation operation.

Average removal point	Displays the average position along the parlor rotation that the cluster was removed.

Bottom Table - each row displays information for a cow that was in the parlor during the selected rotation.

Parameter	Description
Stall	Displays stall number from which the data was collected.
Cow	Displays the ID number of the cow in the stall during data collection.
Attach point	Displays the position along the parlor rotation that the cluster was attached to the cow.
Time to attach	Displays the amount of time it took to attach the cluster to the cow.
Removal point	The stall position when the cluster was removed.
Stall attached	Displays the number of positions the cow passed with the cluster attached.
AMT 1	The actual milking time for the cow.
Time removed	Displays the length of time the cow remained on the parlor after the cluster was removed.
Exit	Displays date and time the cow exited the parlor.
