Faulty Sort Gate Devices
Sort Gate faults are usually very simple yet urgent to solve. AfiFarm’s Site Faults module displays active alerts for faults in the Sort Gates. To view a recent history of faults occurred at the Sort gate, open the Sort Gate Malfunctions report. Sort Gate Section on the dashboard displays indications of malfunctions in the Sort Gate, and the identification quality in the Sort Station.
Red - Indicates a fault in the most recently ended session.
Yellow - Indicates faults that occurred in one of the previous sessions, but not the last sessions that ended.
Green - Indicates no faults occurred.

Sort Gate Malfunctions – displays an indication of a malfunction (mainly photocell and communication faults) causing reduction in performance of the gate during the session.

Sort ID Report – indicates the identification quality in the Sort Station. The value inside the symbols displays the rate of ID (%) during the most recently finished sort session.
